About the Event

The healthcare revenue cycle workforce is among the most diverse collection of skillsets in business. Given the diversity of skillsets, cost management challenges, technology and a constantly changing healthcare landscape, too many organizations and leaders leave their revenue cycle workforce to chance. Revenue cycle team members often feel neglected in a high-pressure environment with increasing complexity and perceive threats from outsourcing, technology conversion and automation.

Engaging the revenue cycle workforce so that they find meaning in each direct or indirect patient interaction is still the foundation for a high performing revenue cycle. This presentation offers some approaches for both leaders and team members to improve engagement and alignment, better integrate technology, source, retain and develop team members and leaders in a competitive labor market while facing the external pressures for month to month results.
